How long does international shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. International shipping via DHL or FedEx usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are Watchdives timepieces covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a comprehensive 2-year movement warranty. If you encounter any mechanical issues under normal use, we will provide repair or replacement services.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Are your watches water resistant?
Most of our watches are rated for at least 100m to 300m water resistance. We perform pressure tests on our dive watches to ensure they meet the specifications listed on the product page.
